1.    Log into the campus portal as a feature administrator.

2.    Access the Employment Position Application feature.

3.    Click Configure some settings. The Configuration settings page appears.

4.    In the Default email address column, enter the email address to be used to receive email messages from potential applicants if the position to which they are applying does not provide a contact address.

5.    Click the Save changes button. The email address is established, and the Employment Position Application feature main page appears.

This is a Global Configuration. Changes made here will affect all position listings in the system. Use caution when making changes here.

The "About us" text can be used to provide a general introduction or describe your organization.

1.    Log into the campus portal as a feature administrator.

2.    Access the Employment Position Application feature.

3.    Click Configure some settings. The Configuration settings page appears.

4.    In the "About us" text section, enter whatever information you want to appear to applicants about your organization.

5.    Use the available options to format the text. You can update font type and text color, use numbered or bulleted lists, include hyperlinks, and paste copied text from another document.

6.    Click the Save changes button. The "About us" information is established and the Employment Position Application feature main page appears.
